Vite + React SPA with section-based landing layout, GSAP/Lenis motion, Embla carousels, and a Zod-validated Start Training contact form — dark black/red athletic brand system tuned for mobile performance.

Challenges
- Keeping a cinematic fitness landing fast on mobile with large imagery
- Balancing bold typography and CTAs without clutter across breakpoints
Solutions
- Lazy-load below-fold media, skip heavy mobile scrub/parallax, and reserve layout to limit CLS
- Breakpoint-specific header, hero, and section spacing with a single primary conversion path
